- ryanlol 11y agoI don't think you fully understand what "should" means here. I'm obviously not implying that the legal framework necessarily exists, but that it should. (And not for drone strikes ffs)
- mentat 11y agoInternational legal agreements for criminal charges are pretty limited (AFAIK IANAL). I guess I could see internet service disruption becoming subject to international law but it seems also to introduce another vector for abuse.
