Which CL do you use? I find some popular CL implementations too buggy to be usable.

  SBCL. It's one of the only open source good ones I've found.

    Have you looked around good enough? :-) Clozure CL and CLISP are pretty solid as well, although the latter might have performance issues.

      I've been hearing good things about Clozure lately, but never played with it. CLISP was just too slow for my taste though ...
