Static ads: no problem. Videos or content that moves or flashes I find amazingly distracting. Hence ad blocker type functionality. I do 'unblock' domains that I trust not to have moving/animated/flashing content. I also use the readability bookmarklet when all else fails. Am I in a tiny neglected minority here?
