Call me closed-minded, but with a title like that I'm not clicking, and I don't want to see this post on HackerNews. It's just mean.
When I was a kid I was all "oh, I can separate the artist from their art", but as an old man... fuck that.
- ageek123 11y agoIf you read the article, you'll see that the author actually agrees with you. They just picked a clickbait-y headline because that's What People Do These Days.

- mixologic 11y agoQuotation marks would serve to clarify the voice of the article, yet they would weaken the message of the article. The Logic of "Stupid Poor People" As an old man, I learned something by clicking on that.
