Some ventures require contradictory value systems, eg writer and editor, engineer and marketer - anywhere there's conflict between parts of government, corporation, orchestra, etc. Even though some people can switch between value system, it's a cognitive burden. Multiple personalities could make it easier to switch value systems; but probably wouldn't make it easier to integrate them.
