- digi_owl 11y agoI do wonder how much of that comes from previous experience with CIA propaganda campaigns. Damn it, the island has been getting all kinds of crap from CIA and like since the revolution. As such it would not surprise me if leadership is paranoid to the max about foreign "assistance".
