Will do! We atually started as an open source / licensed hybrid model. Then moved to offer all of our software for free and charge for support. Moving to a cloud platform was a natural next step - not only is it a great way to demo the tech and on-board new users, but it's also a great way to accelarate features for the rest of our users. You wouldn't believe how indebted we are to our community that give us feedback and feature suggestions, it's quite amazing really.
