- catshirt 11y agoi think, if he meant surrounding, he'd have needed to use "with" or "in". "surrounding our rights with privacy" (which is grammatically correct but doesn't really make sense in this context). so yes, surrendering is a safe guess.
- oxide 11y agoI didn't even notice the error, my brain just registered that as 'surrendering.' I'm positive that's what was meant.
