Ehm, I think you have it the wrong way around. Insulin has the opposite effect, it will stimulate glucose going to muscles and fat cells.

- natecavanaugh 11y agoYou're correct. Insulin is the storage hormone, cortisol is the teardown hormone (putting it all very simply).
