I think that's hilarious. People get so caught up in "acting professional". A company can be as shady and immoral as they want to be. They can lie and cheat people their employees out of money, and the common advice to employees is "act professional", "don't burn bridges". If your company is sticking it to you, sticking it back to them is a perfectly valid choice (although not one I'd take, I'm more the ride off into the sunset type).
