This is great for people already living in NYC who want to leverage some of the great startup-environment benefits present in other cities. $200-$250/month for a cubicle, wifi, and a bunch of like-minded people really isn't so bad, relative to most NYC living/working expenses. If I end up getting angel funding and not YC, I will probably take him up on it.
