They know what you are searching for (yes, yes only to improve your experience, but still), they have your credit card, if you use Apple Pay they know what you are buying and where, they can totally read your iCloud email, photos etc, they can track you at their stores using the bluetooth beacons or whatever, they know what music you search for and buy etc. What does Google know about you that Apple cannot if you are a hard core Apple ecosystem user? What can you stop Google from knowing about you if you are a Google user? If you add up everything - it's all the same!
