As far as i understand Google's business model doesn't really sells your data. It's an interesting question though how much of your data does leak to third parties via Google's ads etc,in a way that hurts your personal privacy. But i think Google's interests is that none of that leaks so they'll still have that business advantage. One exception is Google and NSA tracking - but that is mostly a political question as i'm pretty sure the NSA has full access to Apple - it would be naive to think otherwise.
