Kudos here, I believe you guys are doing the right thing here with what you are given. It sucks that this has to be the outcome for people just trying to help a growing industry because of the current state of things. I do suggest however maybe in the future when sending out those service disruption emails give more details to prevent random outbreaks by seemingly ill informed owners about why in fact they were told they could no longer user your services.
