Ah thanks - i actually skimmed pretty fast through the article because I'm busy and thought his reasons were for whiteboard testing. I still think on site code tests are garbage too... and working in offices when we can easily work from our homes. I like how most of build all this great technology to connect ourselves through the internet and then think its somehow more productive to work in an office setting.
