Ask HN: Is Google Down on Your ISP

All of the Google services, including Gmail and Google Search are very slow to unreachable on Exede and Charter Cable ISPs (that I know off). It is working fine when connected through AT&T Wireless and Time Warner. It has been like this for the last 2 days. Is any one else experiencing this.
