What is your reaction to gluten? What happens?

  Fairly allergic, skin breakouts and general nausea, some congestion. Allergy tabs help me cope if I have no choice. Got a friend with nuts/eggs allergy and it's the same - we shared notes that cetirizine is quite effective for both of us.
