Well Python is right there in the title! ;) It looks like more of an ebook and it seems to cover most of the essentials in your typical undergrad course + bootstrapping and intro to bayesian. From what I scanned it might be a little slow if you're just looking for a stats refresher -- depending on your level of experience I'd recommend the numpy and pandas docs as a "next step up" from the link (and maybe a bit more practical IMO).
