Can I propose something like

- REMOTE(continental US)
- REMOTE(UK work hours)
A number of employers consider "Remote" to mean come in to the office once a month, but many job seekers think of remote as live on the other side of the world.
Encouraging some disambiguation would help.
- bigiain 11y agoSeconded. I'm about to start looking for people for a project that won't require them to be in our office, but which will require them to be physically present to attend client meetings with a week or two's notice. I'd probably be able to accept an intercity trip a coupe of times a month for that - I doubt I'd be able to get traction for a remote employee who'd need to arrange international travel to attend meetings.
