I am trying to think of an age where kids would not be exposed to genitalia. When they are little, we let them run around naked anyway. When they are older, they might take up some sports and be exposed in the changing room. What I mean is: I doubt there is a legal responsibility to prevent kids from seeing genitalia. Porn is something different.
