If it's a cyst and you switch to deodorant only, it could go away on it's own. I've had this happen before, and it is exactly as you describe. Regardless of what deodorant you use though.. go get a second opinion. Second: Don't be scared if it is cancerous. If it is, it seems you've found it at such an early stage that a small surgery and some follow ups will ensure you're fine. If you're worried about the insurance affecting the rest of the startup, get insurance on your own (you don't actually have to purchase insurance through work).
