Ask HN: What's a good template to create an ember cookbook?

I am working on creating an ember cookbook for ember js recipes. It will be open source on github pages at eibrahim.github.io/embercookbook I am looking into using Jekyll to create the site. I got it up and running but not sure if it is overkill for a project like this. Questions: - do you know a good theme/template to use for a cookbook? - do you know another good cookbook site that you have seen online? I want to keep this simple and easy for others to contribute recipes. Is github pages even the right approach? Thanks.
