I've tried an Oculus Rift (DK1 only though), so here you go: how is it different from a video game, it's obvious it's fake. Genuinely though, I found it a far less engaging, far less immersive experience than a normal 2D screen. Maybe the later models are better, I don't know, but I definitely don't see what the fuss was about.
