If you create a cloud database service, will it be better for the customer?
Honestly, I get the feeling that part of your business comes from the fact that your customers arent tech savy and dont have the staff. If butthurts-access.com were a thing would they be able to integrate it into their business or would you still have to send out someone to install for peanuts?
It sounds like you are saying the solutions you are providing work for the customer but you want to make more money?
Why not try to automate out as much as you do between jobs so that each job becomes less effort. And, consider charging more. Consider the value you are providing their business.

- butthurts 11y agobetter for the customer... eh. Not really. MS Access is familiar to them. To move to the cloud would mean change. customers aren't tech savvy... correct +1 for butthurts-access.com would you still have to send out someone to install... no. I work remotely 99% of the time. solutions you are providing work for the customer... yes. sometimes crazy good stuff. I have probably three systems in use today that make those customers leaders in their field. Their ideas, my execution. you want to make more money... eh. not really. I want to obtain some leverage. right now i work for an hour, bill for an hour. automate out... I've been automating for years. I charge by the minute so any time I save helps me go faster but then I bill less. consider charging more... I could but no leverage so its kind of a dead end. Also, I'm not always fully booked so to raise prices could cause me to need to find clients. I'm not good at that. I want to thank you for your time. I hope I answered all your questions. I'm going to think very carefully about everything you said.
