- pavlov 11y ago3 months notice even though you started only a few months ago? Is that legal? I don't know anything about UK employment laws, but at least here in Finland the notice period is capped based on length of employment (e.g. only a month if you've been less 2 years, up to 6 months for 10-year careers).
