I was inspired to try my own hand at this. I added a comment with a link to my attempt but it seems to have disappeared. Did it reach you?

- kodisha 11y agoSorry, it is approved now. Comments with links are put into moderation queue.
- blackle 11y agook! phew! I was worried my writeup got lost forever
- kodisha 11y agoAlso, updated post with screenshot and link to yours. Good job!
- ygra 11y agoLooking at this I can't help but think that an SVG version of that would be even more awesome (it'd be kind of a perfect fit). The code that blends stroke and fill colour together could disappear; you seemingly draw circles as paths already anyway, so the circly randomness part would work just the same as currently. I'd try my hand at converting your code, but my JS is horrible and I'm at work for the next 8 hours :|
- smrtinsert 11y agoDid you publish the code anywhere? Nice job btw.
- blackle 11y agoyou can just view source, its in a script tag at the bottom of the body. I don't see the point of putting this on github, its too small
