I got to use Ember for a sweet four months before moving companies to one that uses Angular. While each framework has its advantages, I would say that Ember is far superior in terms of architecture, vision and a helpful web community. It also has a secure and stable path to 2.0 and becoming fully component-ized. I wouldn't say it is the cool framework though-- it rarely gets mentioned in the same breath as Angular and Backbone and React, and in terms of "coolness" here on HN, React seems to get all the love.
