Why don't we have an Air BnB or Uber for the rental market?
- ceejayoz 11y agoMost jurisdictions have heavy, hardcore regulatory protection for rental tenants. AirBnB and Uber only exist because they're temporarily able to dodge regulation and it is already starting to catch up to them.
