Can you add a `None` filter in the Dependancies section? After a quick look it seems like there a few that would fall into this option.

- Flenser 11y agonegative filters might be useful too. i.e. non-jQuery non-d3, or at least make selecting multiple dependencies show the union of both sets, rather than the empty intersection.
