I really don't understand the AMD driver complaints. I've been running AMD cards off and on for years (Last 2 cards were AMD, previous one was Nvidia) and I have zero problems with AMD drivers. And Nvidia? There are a large number of reports that the latest drivers cause crashes and there have been problems in the past too. I don't think the difference between AMD and nvidia is nearly as wide as nvidia fans want you to believe.
