Regarding #1 specifically, it sounds like there are more than one founder already.
I know solo founders are frowned upon, but more than 2 and you have to wonder how many of them are dead weight.
The ideal team might be 3 or 4, but really at the beginning, you need an engineer to build a thing and a domain expert and a hustler. Hopefully all three in 2 people.
- jeffmould 11y agoI agree, this sounds more like a few people with an idea who are looking for someone to build it for them in exchange for equity. Regardless though if I were looking for a position I would want to know more about who they are and what their background is before I proceeded.
