go back in on Monday, and from now on your start time is 8am. when you get there at 8.06 you're 54 mins early. relax, walk around and say hi to folks, grab coffee and settle in. they're sending you a harsh msg, but you're not fired. respect it, yourself and them and get your shit together. keep going in at 8am until you move on to another company ...then reevaluate in that context. edit: ps I've had similar problems over the years and it's a struggle. keep trying to get better at respecting other's time.
