    Both. It's been a decade now. Mark, and others, have built one of the most valuable technology companies of all time. In my option that's a great leader.

Multiple rounds of layoffs (and apparent mutiny), experienced management hires departing in days or hours, millions in investment resulting in what? An exit strategy?
