    Vusual Studio Code runs on Linux and Mac.

      It's also completely unrelated in all but name, and thus doesn't run Visual Studio plugins.

      Visual Studio Code really has nothing to do with Visual Studio except that they share part of a name.

Why don't you take a look at this? https://github.com/oakes/SolidOak https://github.com/oakes/SolidOak I haven't given it a try, but it looks as it provides basic functionality. Since Rust is such a young language, I don't really expect much until at least a few months have passed. We will probably start seeing plugins for Eclipse and other big IDEs in some time.
