Updating plugins often breaks things. For instance, I updated our AD plugin for a company blog a few days ago and no one could log in. I had to do some research and eventually the plugin was rolled back from backup. Can't wait to see what auto update breaks. Not a fan of Wordpress. It's a lot more work than it's worth.
