I’m that sure someone who is versed in type theory will send me an email explain how what I want is impossible unless P=NP, or something like that, but all I’m saying is, it’d be a nice feature to have. I Am Not A Type Theorist, but that looks like it could be very hard for a compiler to deduce in general. You might have to bust out a proof yourself for things like this. In which case you might not feel it is worth it for a "nice to have".
