"The most important quality recruiters are looking for is “fit”: they would sooner choose an easy-going person with a second-class mind than a Mark Zuckerberg-type genius who rubs people up the wrong way." This is exactly why these industries are ripe for disruption. Unfortunately, medicine/healthcare operates like this also to a large degree. The world will be in infinitely better place when this changes and second rate poseurs are replaced by legitimately competent and valuable alternatives.
