We didn't ask, and they didn't mention it. When we did ask (only 2-3 days after we booked it) they made it clear that there was no chance of a refund.

- msumpter 11y agoIf you booked using a credit card, a chargeback is a potential option. You may be blacklisted from using the service in the future though.
