I'm Dutch and I work part time (32 hours), which was sort of by accident. Since I've started, 5 other people in the company I work for (including the two owners!) have started working 32 hours instead of 40, either to spend more time with their kids or just for themselves. Overall, this makes scheduling work a bit harder for my bosses but other than that there's been nothing but positive results. I'm male by the way.
