I propose that we collect this data on dogs when people register them, so that when the owners leave shit on the sidewalk they can be identified and burned at the stake.
- DanBC 11y agoSome places are gathering DNA evidence from dog faeces in order to prosecute irresponsible owners. http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/shortcuts/2015/apr/28/dna-testing-dog-poo-have-to-be-barking-council http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/shortcuts/2015/apr/2...
- fcbrooklyn 11y agoOutstanding. Now if they can just get behind the burning at the stake part of my idea we'll be in business.
- harperlee 11y agoI would gladly pay (perhaps just a little, but I'd certainly pay) an NGO that helps citizens of my city that have lost some dogshit, to retrieve such dogshit. It would maintain shit <--> dog <--> owner <--> known addresses gathered from public sources and have scout teams that find dogshit, identify its owner, and send it to them on a nice little package; perhaps one of the addresses is their workplace, which is so convenient. Or perhaps there can be an app for geotagging lost feces...
- fcbrooklyn 11y agoGenius. And a startup idea to boot. Let's build the mobile app: "Uber for passive aggression."
- drcube 11y agoDirt is shit. Shit is dirt. It is everywhere you walk. Every animal in the world shits on the ground. This is literally the most trivial issue on earth.
- fcbrooklyn 11y agoWell, I can only speak for myself, but I promise you, there's at least one animal sitting right at this keyboard who rarely, if ever, shits on the ground.
