Saying OSX is UNIX compliant is technically correct, but just as misleading as saying that since OSX and (say) Ubuntu all all unixes, that they are just as good

Saying OSX is UNIX compliant is technically correct, but just as misleading as saying that since OSX and (say) Ubuntu all all unixes, that they are just as good. Does Ubuntu have the same UI & UX features as OSX?
