There's a lot of potential for autonomous vehicles to have a black box that records everything that happened in the case of an accident. It may make it much clearer who is at fault in accidents. With driving being a repetitive task requiring attention and sometimes quick responses, I'm going to bet that in most cases it will be a human at fault.
