This can get a bit tricky, e.g. my 6 semester bachelor degree wasn't enough for US bachelor degree and I had to prove that I had done extra 2 semesters of my master's.
- btian 11y agoYour lawyer needs to get a degree certification company to say that your degree is equivalent to a 4-year US degree. My undergrad was also 3 years, and my visa went through without problems. Never done a master's degree.
