I recently started walking again and have done so 8 out of the past 9 days. I put my kids in the stroller and push them around. They get to see things and I meet a lot of nice people in the neighborhood. Where I live, there is no real sense of community, people just live in their houses without really speaking with their neighbors, but when we are walking, people seem to break out of their shell.
