I am replying to this guy. Never spin up? Overheat? He's completely wrong.
I know full well how it works, I don't have it backwards.
- tsomctl 11y agoI'm pretty sure you're trolling, but I'll feed you. I wasn't fully clear. Really what I meant is that the fan always spins at a slow speed. When the processor heats up, the fan doesn't speed up, and eventually the cpu shuts down to protect itself. And I've spent 12 hours a day in front of this computer for the past 5 years. I know how it works.
