If you are trying to decide, I'd pick emacs, as Chris Done has written some nice scripts (https://github.com/chrisdone/structured-haskell-mode https://github.com/chrisdone/structured-haskell-mode). Personally I use vim. Also check out ghc-mod and hdevtools.
