I disagree -- hiring a minority employee almost always means hiring a person who is qualified to do a job and who will work hard for a salary (sounds like hiring a non-minority). This is hiring a model temporarily. Anywhere in the world, hiring a model is explicitly hiring more for appearance and less for skills.
