It has become a basic logic/reasoning test : is coal/oil production and use a net positive or negative?
Many people, particularly starry eyed young ones fresh from academic nurturing, fail the test badly.
- lotsofmangos 11y agoNet positive below a certain scale (especially for the whales), negative above it. The contentious bit is where the tipping point is. For coal, the first time it was restricted in London due to pollution killing the populace, was 1306.
