I would put voting method reform (Score Voting or Approval Voting) at the top, by a km.
- logfromblammo 11y agoI'd slide in input-restricted algorithmic redistricting and uniform ballot access requirements just on top of that. It matters less to make the voting method more fair when the choice selections are still rigged.
