- ugh123 11y agoThats pathetic that 3 years makes you senior wherever you're working at. You (or your hiring manager) need to up your standards. Although "senior-ness" shouldn't really be counted in years but in skill, no industry should be calling anyone senior without at least 8-10 years exp.
